Tab Bar
Canvas, Mixer and plugin tabs, with undo and MIDI Learn.
Tabs
- Canvas — the audio and MIDI canvases. Its ▾ chooses which panes show: audio, both or MIDI.
- Mixer — the Mixer, full screen.
- Plugin tabs — one per plugin tab, named after the blocks in it (or what you've renamed it).
- Drag a block off a canvas onto a tab to add its plugins, or onto the bar's empty space to make a new tab.
- Double-tap to rename; long-press for Rename and Remove Tab.
- ⌘1–⌘9 jump to a tab; ⌘[ and ⌘] step through them, stopping at either end.
The scroll track
- With a plugin tab or an overflowing mixer in front, the rest of the bar is a scroll track for it — drag, flick or tap either side to page.
- While a mode is on in a plugin tab, the track becomes the mode's pill: a reminder that taps on the plugin belong to the mode, and the nearest way out.
Controls at the end
- Parameter undo dial — steps back and forth through every parameter change in the session. See Parameter Undo.
- Undo and Redo — the main history: blocks, routing, sequences. See Undo.
- MIDI Learn — see MIDI Learn.
- Help — opens help on the tab in front; long-press or right-click for Help mode, to pick a pane by tapping it.
